WHAT IS SAP?

A Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluates individuals who violate DOT drug and alcohol regulations and determines the education, treatment, and follow-up required before returning to safety-sensitive work. The SAP’s role is independent, compliance-driven, and centered on public safety.

WHY IMpact 360?

At Impact360 Health & Wellness, SAP services are provided with professionalism, neutrality, and a strong commitment to public safety and regulatory compliance. Our role as a Substance Abuse Professional is to guide individuals through the DOT return-to-duty process with clarity, structure, and accountability.

As the founder of Impact360 Health & Wellness, Eboni Davis brings a multidisciplinary background in substance use services, case management, and behavioral support.
